English born, Barcelona raised DJ and producer TÂCHES has today unveiled his collaborative effort with English duo and 2016 IDMA ‘Best Break-Through Artist (Group) nominees Eli & Fur. Entitled ‘Lookalike’ the original song features a dark, stormy bass line that forebodingly skitters underneath Eli & Fur’s topline.
‘Lookalike’ is a unique approach to house music – the slow nature of its progression across a seven minute run time reflects the sui generis take to the soundscape, yet the grinding and booming four-to-the-floor drums keeps it firmly grounded within the dark confines of classic European house.
