The 1995 hit comedy film Clueless, is a very very modern adaptation of Jane Austen’s “Emma.” Alicia Silverstone played the stylish superficial teenager (Cher Horrowitz) who was obsessed with fashion and lived in the affluent suburbs of Beverley Hills.
