She’s already teamed up with River Island for her own collection and now it seems high end luxury brand ‘Balmain’ want a piece of RiRi. The songstress is no stranger to the exclusive industry, she has previously fronted campaigns for Gucci and Armani. In justifying his choice of Rihanna, Balmain’s creative director Oliver Rousteing even referenced one of her songs: “in front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the worl. When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete”, adding “not compromising, fresh, modern, the icon of my generation, Rihanna embodies my vision of Balmain in this new campaign”.
The SS14 campaign has released it’s first pictures below…there is so much hounds-tooth, well done Balmain.
